Hours: Generally M-F, 9-5 with flexibility to adjust hours during high and low season
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview
The Supply Manager is a contractual, specialized role responsible for overseeing logistical and supply-related operations supporting Thrive Collective’s various arts education and community programs throughout metropolitan New York. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of public art projects by managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining equipment, and supporting on-site event production. The Supply Manager works closely with program directors, project managers, artists, schools, students, and community partners to deliver impactful and timely programs, events, and mural projects. This position reports to the Supply Director and works with a part time Supply Assistant.
This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse of supplies for events, projects, and programs
- Conduct and document bi-weekly inventory updates
- Prepare and stage supplies for mural projects at multiple sites
- Deliver and retrieve supplies from schools and community locations
- Operate and maintain the Thrive Collective van, including scheduling regular cleaning and maintenance
- Purchase, maintain, and restock supplies and equipment needed for ongoing programs, mural projects, and community events, including but not limited to: scaffolds, ladders, tools, grills, paint and paint supplies, and more.
- Assist with event production, including delivery, setup, breakdown of materials and various event tasks
- Coordinate with program directors and/or project managers to confirm supply deliveries and pickup schedules
- Ensure supplies and materials are handled safely and responsibly
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage logistics across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout metropolitan New York and New York State
- Experience working with youth in educational, mentorship, or community-based settings is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse communities, schools, artists, and partner organizations
- Demonstrated passion for Thrive Collective’s mission and the transformative power of public art
- This position can be labor intensive and will require heavy lifting and breaking down of items including but not limited to: scaffolding, 5 gallon paint buckets, ladders, lumber, plywood, grills, and more.
- Stock room and moving company experience are a plus.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site work at Thrive Collective’s headquarters, schools and community locations across metropolitan New York and New York state. The Supply Manager is expected to manage both logistical and operational aspects of mural projects, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The position involves regular travel, physical handling of supplies, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Contract Term
This is a one (1) year, at-will contract position. The contract may be renewed or extended based on performance, organizational needs and program success. Employment may be terminated at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with at-will employment standards.
