R.H.Y.M.E x Rutgers University

R.H.Y.M.E 2022 summer semester features an incredible group of Newark Middle and High School students who came together at Rutgers University to connect and create.

Participants met four days a week for four weeks to learn about Hip hop art and culture, basic songwriting, music recording, performance, collaboration, communication, creativity and public speaking. Participants produced several draft rhymes and songs written and recorded in class featuring their ideas and stories in rhyme.
