Recognized as one of NYC’s largest arts education non-profits and artist incubators, Thrive has raised and invested nearly $13 million in more than 200 artists serving 40,000 students at more than 300 public schools since 2014. As of 2025, they have produced more than 750 murals in excess of 280,000 square feet of public art, and have expanded to California, Maryland, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington DC, and beyond.
Jeremy has also taught as an adjunct professor since 2004, and connects, trains, and mentors youth workers nationally. He has contributed to six books, and his articles have appeared in dozens of publications. He lives with his family in Brooklyn, and his two sons are proud NYC public school students and graduates.
