Veteran Thrive Collective artist Michela Muserra collaborated with New York Edge students at MS 61K to design and paint, “We Write the Future.”
The theme for this mural was culture of the community with a SciFi/Futuristic spin on the idea. A lot of the students had fun with this theme, creating wildly imaginative versions of their neighborhood of Crown Heights. Design elements like the robot and rocket ship took the design into the future.
